Before you start: All amounts are in USD. Monthly package prices are for the stated hour allocation, without an assumed discount. Scope, availability, billing, renewal and unused-hour terms are agreed in writing before signup. Extra hours require approval at US$30/hour; hosting, extensions and third-party fees are separate. Full builds and migrations need discovery; no package guarantees a delivery date.
A sensible way to change a live store
Start with your current Magento version, hosting setup, extensions and the exact issue or advisory. For upgrades and security patches, review a backup and rollback plan, test on staging where available, validate checkout and other affected flows, then agree a release window. Some upgrades and patches may require downtime or vendor coordination; we do not promise zero downtime without assessing your store.
Your scoped work is handled by one developer with production commerce experience. If a project requires additional specialists, we will discuss that with you before expanding the scope. Confidential prior agency work is not presented as a list of ZaidanLab clients.

Do you maintain existing Magento 2 stores?
Yes. Share your Magento version, a summary of the issues, and the hosting setup. We can scope maintenance tasks and an hour budget without committing to a full rebuild.
Can you apply security patches or upgrade an older store?
Yes, after checking the installed version, relevant advisory or target release, PHP/extension compatibility and available staging and backups. We agree on an hour estimate or cap and a release plan first; a patch is not a substitute for a security audit.
Do I need a monthly package for a Magento fix?
No. Pay as you go is US$30 per approved hour worked, with an hour estimate or cap agreed first. The monthly options allocate 20 or 100 hours at the same effective rate.
What happens to unused monthly hours?
Billing, renewal and unused-hour treatment are agreed in writing before you sign up. We will not assume rollover, refunds or an automatic renewal without agreeing the terms with you.
Can you build a whole store or migrate from another platform?
Yes, after discovery and an agreed scope and hour budget. Neither a 20- nor a 100-hour monthly package guarantees a full Magento build.
Where are you based and what currency do you bill in?
ZaidanLab is based in Indonesia and works remotely with Australian businesses. The hourly rate and billing are in USD; any AUD amount charged by your payment provider depends on its exchange rate and fees.
